I love Craig Ferguson. He reminds me of Robin Williams with a Scottish Accent. There is nothing taboo, he makes fun with anything and everything, and that is so refreshing in a world that takes itself too serious. Craig hosts a late night talk show on America’s CBS, following David Letterman. For me on the west coast that is 12:30 am. The show is filmed and based in Los Angeles and I always laugh! Here is one of his monologues, selected randomly from You Tube. Enjoy yourself laugh!
Poetry and Film by Debby Rosenberg. When I mixed my poetry with awesome images and cool music, something amazing was created. The images are from the public domain, and the music is “Got to be Free”, by Blind Divine, from their album, “Music for Unmade Movies” provided by Magnatune. The original written poem is posted at Authors Den.

Track #11, The House that Jack Built, by Beth Quist on her Lucidity cd.
Beginning and ending with spoken nursery rhyme poetry, melded to a back beat drum and drone. The highlight however is the beautiful singing voice at times sounding like native American chant to harmonic wails born in the middle east, layered with octaves and harmonies one could meditate to. This 9 minute piece is best played in the pop-up player due to its length while you continue in the virtual world. Her music is available at Magnatune

The one factor that has been unknown by most humans, that is understood by the beasts, is that Well-being truly does abound, and that you are blessed beings who live in an atmosphere of grace, and that unless you are doing something to pinch off the Well-being, it will be yours. Look for the evidence of the Well-being, and be an advocate for Well-being rather than an advocate for getting rid of what does not feel like Well-being, then little by little, by little, your own personal experience begins to take shape in a way that is more satisfying to you.

River of Death? Please don’t be scared off by the title - it’s likely not what you think. A very optimistic poem really .. came to my husband (Gordon) in a dream Give it a listen and see if it doesn’t adjust your perspectives just a bit.The incredible music track is by Jami Sieber, appropriately entitled Surrender, from her disc Lush Mechanique. It’s available for download and disc purchase from Magnatune Records, along with 2 more of her beautiful albums. Check ‘em out!
